안녕하세요. 2019년 가을학기 편입준비 중이라고 하셨는데 Deadline 전에는 토플점수를 제출해주시는게 좋기 때문에 미리 준비해주셔야합니다.
[가을학기 편입지원 마감일]
- UC : 11월
- Priority : 2월
- Regular : 3월
* 이는 대략적인 지원 마감일로 학교마다 차이가 있기 때문에 미리 확인하셔야합니다.
[편입지원시 필요한 토플점수]
토플점수는 학교 랭킹에 따라 다르고 같은 학교내에서도 전공에 따라 차이가 있습니다.
그리고 면제조건이 있는 학교도 있기 때문에 본인이 편입하고자 하는 학교의 정보를 우선
찾아보셔야합니다.
아래 몇몇 대학들의 영어점수와 면제조건을 안내드리니 참고해주세요.
1. University of Minnesota-Twin Cities : TOEFL ibt 79 * Writing 21이상
> Successfully completed 26 or more transferable semester credits at a two or four year post-secondary institution in the United States AND have completed the equivalent of the U of MN freshman English writing requirement with a grade of C or better; OR
> Successfully completed 60 or more transferable semester credits at a two or four-year postsecondary institution in the United States
2. Penn state University : TOEFL score of 80
> U.S. College or University: Completed two years of full-time academic coursework at a U.S. college or university and have a grade of C (2.0) or higher in a standard English composition course
3. Georgia Institute of Technology
English Composition I
English Composition II
* Georgia Tech은 다른학교와 달리 토플점수로 영어조건을 대신할 수 없습니다. 위의 두 과목이 이수되어야 영어조건을 만족할 수 있습니다.
4. Carnegie Mellon University
TOEFL : 102 ; reading, listening, speaking and writing sub-scores of 25
IELTS : 7.5
5. Cornell University
TOEFL - Score of 100
IELTS - Score of 7
