DUAL DEGREE ENGINEERING PROGRAM WITH GEORGIA TECH.
The 3+2 dual-engineering program allows students to earn a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Oglethorpe and a specialized engineering Bachelor’s degree from Georgia Tech University.

#Scholarship:-ISC – 2.5 for US$ 5000, 3.0- US$ 10,000
-Direct entry- From $10,000 to $20,000 each year (depending on GPA)
a) 2.5 – 2.9: USD Robinson Scholarship $10,000
b) 3.0 – 3.4: USD Sheffield Scholarship $14,000
c) 3.5 – 4.0: USD Weltner Scholarship $20,000
▶ Georgia Tech Admission Process
- Meet the minimum grade point average (GPA) requirement by engineering major for both GPA calculations (overall, math and lab science) by the document deadline of the term of application.
The minimum GPA requirement for high demand engineering majors (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Industrial, and Chemical& Biomolecular) is 3.3 on a 4.0 grade scale. The GPA requirement for all remaining engineering majors is 3.0 on a 4.0 grade scale.
Oglethorpe University에서 3년간 수학과 과학 과목 위주의 필수과목 공부 후 Georgia Tech/Auburn으로 학점 편입 후 2년간 Engineering 전공 과목 공부.
- 편입 조건: 모든 requisite과목의 평균 GPA 요건 만족, 모든 Requisite 과목 이수, 모든 Requisite 과목은 각 최소 C 학점 이상 요구. Georgia Tech: GPA 3.0 (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Industrial, and Chemical & Biomolecular engineering은 GPA 3.3 요구)
